We provide a 60-day window for returns from the date you receive your order. Please review our Terms and Conditions for any specific details.
Returning Items from the UK
Returning items is simple. Just email us at hello@ridesafegear.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll send you the return address.
Please note, you’re responsible for the items until they arrive back at our facility, even if you use our return service.
Orders Under £100
Return items using your preferred courier or postal service. For guidance, check our website or the packing slip included with your order.
International Returns
For returns from outside the UK, please use a courier or postal service that offers signed-for delivery to ensure the safe return of your items.
What We Appreciate
- Items that are well-protected and securely wrapped.
- Free gifts returned with the main item.
- Completed returns form included with the return.
What We Don’t Accept
- Items with removed tags, labels, or missing packaging.
- Helmets not returned in their protective bag.
- Helmet boxes sent back without an additional protective box.
- Items that show signs of use.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, we suggest placing a new order to get the replacement as quickly as possible. Alternatively, we will process the exchange once we receive your return. You may need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement item, especially if the original purchase was under £50 or if you’re located overseas.
Refunds
We will issue refunds once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Postage Costs
While we provide free delivery on orders, you will need to cover the cost of returning items. We only cover return postage for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@ridesafegear.co.uk, and we will arrange a resolution.
