At RideSafe Gear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how our refund process works:
60-Day Return Window
You have up to 60 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for any additional details.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@ridesafegear.co.uk with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address. Please ensure that the items are returned securely, as you remain responsible for them until they arrive back at our facility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return Postage Costs
While we offer free shipping on orders, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only cover return postage for items that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@ridesafegear.co.uk so we can arrange a resolution and cover the return postage.
What We Don’t Refund
- Postage costs for returns, except in cases of damaged items.
- Items that have been used, show signs of wear, or are missing tags and packaging.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund once we have received your returned items.
